About Us

Taylor Mitchell is the trading name for Peter Barry Surveyors Ltd in the Cambridgeshire/North Essex area.

The company was founded in 1983 as a north London based estate agency (with the partners combining their Christian names to provide the company name). Surveying services were introduced shortly afterwards and the company expanded to cover the whole of London and into the home counties over the following years.

We opened our Cambridge office at the start of 2022 and immediately received a steady stream of party wall and surveying instructions. The volume of work coming through the office has continued to grow as a result of recommendations from happy clients and referrals from fellow professionals.
