We know how scary it can be to buy a property, whether you’re buying your first property in Royston or moving to a larger place, there’s no substitute for the peace of mind provided by a detailed report prepared by one of our experienced Chartered Surveyors. We offer RICS Level 2 & 3 surveys and are waiting to discuss which is best for you.
After moving in to your new Royston property, we hope you’ll come back to us if you are planning to extend and require assistance with party wall matters.
All of our senior surveyors are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. In addition, the practice is regulated by the RICS so you can be sure that we adhere to the highest standards within the industry. Contact us today for some free advice.

Royston is located approx. 13 miles to the west of Saffron Walden on the South Cambridgeshire/North Hertfordshire border.
The town plays host to an Arts Festival each September which mixes workshops, exhibitions, theatre, comedy, dance, film and music with an emphasis on local talent.
The area is also the location of a one of the more curious visitor attractions – the Royston Cave. The origins of the artificial cave are unknown, but it was rediscovered by a local builder in 1742 while digging the footings for a new bench. The occupier of the house above the set up a side hustle whereby he would charge locals sixpence to enter via a rope. Visitors today have the benefit of a proper entrance should they wish to inspect the numerous medieval carvings on the walls.
Wimpole Hall, the largest house in Cambridgeshire, is located approx. 7 miles to the to the north of the Royston. Now in the ownership of the National Trust, its is open to visitors year-round and hosts a series of special events over the summer.
Royston railway station, part of the Govia Thameslink Railway, connects directly with both London and Cambridge or, for those that prefer to travel by car, the A10 extends from the area to north London.
